There's quite a lot going on at St Edwards, including worship, courses about Christianity, activities for toddlers to teens, community meals, Zumba and more.... See below for more details

WORSHIP - All are welcome

Sunday Services are at 10.30am and include music, Bible readings, sermons for all and Communion, some weeks we also have Baptisms or special themes


Saturday 13th October - Pilgrimage to Westminster Abbey

Meet at Mottingham Railway Station at 9am or make your own way to the Abbey and meet us there at 10am

SUNDAY - 14th October - 10.30am

We celebrate St Edward the Confessor, founder of Westminster Abbey, after whom the church is named 

Wednesday Evenings at 7pm we have a quiet service of prayer with meditation 

Monday to Friday mornings we have Morning Prayer at 8am

PLUS on Sunday at 4pm we have this week's Alpha session:

Alpha is a course for anyone with questions or challenges for Christian Faith - all welcome - Sunday 7th October - 4pm in the Vicarage, with food

This Week's Events in the Hall:

Tuesday: 10.30am to 12.00 - Play and Stay Parent and Toddler Group - £1.50 per family. A chance for children to explore and adults to meet others. Refreshments provided. 

Tuesday: 4.45-8.30pm - All the Arts, theatre, dance & music; for more details see the website: http://allthearts.co.uk/timetable.html 

Wednesday: 11-12noon - Zumba Gold - £6 per session or discounts for block booking

Wednesday: Mini-Eds - 4.45-6.15pm - For Primary School Ages Year 4 upwards - 50p per child

Wednesday: Youth Cafe - 7-9pm - For Secondary School, Year 9 upwards

Thursday: Community Brunch - 10am-12.00 - £3 adults, £1 kids; With Credit Union (Community Bank) & Housing Outreach Services

Thursday: 5-6pm - Karate with Louis who is covering Ellie's maternity leave

Big Local Partnership Board meeting - 7-9pm

Friday: Community Lunch - 3 courses - 12.00 to 2pm - £3.50 adults and £1 children

Plus Saturday - Trip to Westminster Abbey
