What are your services like?

This is the largest service, with music, hymns and singing. The Parish Eucharist follows a printed order of service (see an example here) but is moderately informal in style: 'modern catholic'. This is a communion service with bread and wine consecrated according to the words of Jesus. There is also a sermon.

There is a group for children ('Ed's Kids') that meets during the service for activities in the chapel. This will be announced toward the start of the service. Children are very welcome to stay in the service however.

After the service there is tea and coffee in the church.

This service takes place offsite at Marvels Wood—though often a group will walk down from St Edward's church at about 12.45pm. There is a short talk aimed at all ages, followed by craft activities.

This service is particularly suitable for children.

This is a quiet, reflective prayer service. It usually follows a traditional structure, such as night prayer (compline), but with silence, recorded music, and short led reflections and meditations. Incense is sometimes used. On the last Sunday of the month, this is a communion service.
